Albertosaurus is a genus of large theropod from North America, and possibly Asia. It was related to Tyrannosaurus, and Tarbosaurus, making it a tyrannosaurid, and a albertosaurine.
Size[]
Albertosaurus mainly grew between 26 to 30 ft, although, larger specimens suggest a even greater size of 33 ft. This makes it smaller than Tyrannosaurus, and Tarbosaurus. It was between 1 to 3 tons.
